About the Executive Director
Karla Poulalion oversees the center's daily operations. She is a Florida native and a graduate of The University of Central Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders, is certified in Exceptional Education, and holds a Florida’s Advanced Director’s Credential with both VPK & Trauma - Informed Endorsements. She has worked with children for over 35 years in the areas of child care, Speech and Language, Exceptional Education, Sign Language, Early Intervention. She also served as the Director of a major national pre-school franchise for over 4 years. She is dedicated to ensuring that the children in their care receive the best care and educational experience each day at Serendipity.

​All holiday observe days that Serendipity is closed are tuition-free for full-time students; Just bank them for future use! Part-week students may bank their day and choose an alternate day to attend at a later date.
