Serendipity Email sent to all Families

HI SLC Families,

I wanted to note a few important items.

First, our new fingerprint system is up and running. If we do not have your fingerprint registered please let us know. It is important to clock in and clock out each day. You should get a green thumbs up at the end once you hit 'finish'. If you get an error message, "See the Director" or any other message that means that it did not work properly. I will need to correct it in the system to work going forward. This is extremely important. The system will tell me who is clocked into the building in case of an emergency and I can readily get your emergency contacts. If it's not corrected your child will not be clocked in and we won't know to account for him/her. Please do not ignore this message.

Our website has a new address, it's SerendipityLearning.Center (the old one also works). You can go there and see any updates on the blog. Click on Parent Portal and the password is SLCKids - at the bottom you will see any updates to the Parent handbook or any other important items. There is a new update regarding methods of payment.

Last and surely not least, May 6-10 is Teacher Appreciation Week! Our teachers are wonderful and I'd like to give them a week of acknowledging such.

On Monday, We'd like to do a breakfast spread for them. If you'd like to contribute to this, please go here to sign up for something to bring (just so we don't get 18 dozen dunkin donuts.) :)

Tues through Thurs feel free to bring anything in for them to enjoy. We will provide lunch for them on Friday.

As always, thank you for entrusting us with your child!

UPDATE: We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will need to make an adjustment next week. One key in slowing the spread is to keep children in one group. In order to do this we must have one or 2
