Methods of Payment
Our preferred method of payment is to set up ACH payments to avoid late payments and late fees. A form is provided at the time of enrollment. Payments can also be made through our MyProcare.com online payment system.
Weekly payments are due on the Friday of the preceding week. Payments are considered late by close of Tuesday the week of attendance. A $15.00 late fee will be added to all accounts that are not current by the close of day on Tuesday. An additional $20.00 late fee will be added to all accounts that are not current by the close of day on Thursday. Late fees are not refundable.
A family may choose to pay monthly. Monthly payments are due by the 1st of the month for the upcoming month’s services. Payments are considered late by close of day on the 3rd of the month. A $35.00 late fee will be added to all accounts that are not current by the close of day on the 3rd. This fee is not refundable.
Attendance will not be permitted once there is a balance more than double your tuition rate. Parents are responsible for the last 2 weeks of tuition whether or not they are in attendance. Your child will be withdrawn after 2 weeks of non payment.
Alternatively, You may drop off checks in the lock box in the black table located in the lobby. There will be a monthly processing fee of $5 for this option. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. Please do not give payments to staff members. To ensure the safety of the children in our care, cash will not be accepted over $10.00.
TUITION PAYMENTS RESERVE YOUR CHILD’S SPACE IN THE CLASSROOM. No Refunds or Credits will be given for an absence.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:
A valid credit card is required to be on file for overdue tuition only. (overdue invoice past 48 hours with mandatory late fee of $35.00 included). Parents must understand that this credit card will be charged if a payment is more than 48 hours late and that this is a *requirement of enrollment at Serendipity Learning Center.
A backup credit card is required to be on file for all families. We do not accept credit cards for on going payments, however, if this is your only means of payment then a 3% processing fee will be added.
*If unable to provide a valid credit card as a backup source, a deposit in the amount of a full weeks tuition will be required at enrollment. This deposit can be used for the child’s last week of child care services, with two weeks written prior notice, or for any unpaid tuition or late fees.
